Wiwan Som Tum Salad Dressing (Thai Spicy Salad Dressing) 8 oz.
Cooking Direction: Thai spicy salad
Mix 2-3 tbsp of the dressing with;
- 5 oz. of shredded green papaya (can be replaced by cooked whole kernel corn, shredded cucumber, or mix fresh fruits such as apple cube, berries, shredded green mango) - 8 grape tomato halves - some of 1" cut green beans - some of roasted peanuts
Refrigerate after opening. Close cap tightly.
Ingredients: fish sauce, coconut sugar, tamarind paste, cane sugar, water, dried chilis, minced garlic, less than 1%: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate
