The Tossed Noodle or "Guay Tiew Klook" (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวคลุก) is a well-known noodle dish in Thailand. The sauce has a mild flavor, but if you prefer some spiciness, we suggest adding dried chili flakes and mixing them into the noodles.
Direction:
Cook 3.5 oz (100g) of your favorite noodles in boiling water, then drain and combine them in a bowl with 2-3 tablespoons of sauce and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Serve with your choice of cooked meat and vegetables, such as bean sprouts, sliced green beans, or spinach. Optional toppings for extra flavor include crushed roasted peanuts crispy fried garlic, and dried chili flakes.
After opening, refrigerate any leftovers and tightly seal the lid to keep freshness.
